Hands in Pockets

I get that most people don't actually know about Orange Cassidy's whole schtick because he's been pretty well protected so far in the places he's been seen nationally, but the hate against him is so laser-focused on his pockets.

What's your favorite gimmick that people dismissed based on a minor detail, or a gimmick you couldn't get behind because of a little thing?

I had trouble fully committing to the idea of Val Venis as a porn star because of his goddamn hair. Had he buzzed it off sooner, he would have been a lot more credible in that role. I mean, it had a ceiling as it is, but he always seemed like a guy playing a role until he went with the short hair in the RTC era.
