Best of the rest

Scott, who do you think are the best available wrestlers not signed by WWE, AEW or NJPW? As much as the roster may be too big already on the WWE side, it almost seems like being a free agent right now might net someone a ridiculous contract from WWE just to keep them away from the others.
My votes are for Killer Kross and Alex Hammerstone. Curious to hear your thoughts.
As of a few days ago, the Lucha Brothers are officially free agents, but I'd assume they'll sign a long term deal with AEW right away.
Marty Scurll is up in November so I'd bet on a bidding war for him right away, too.
