Undertaker vs Sting

Hey Scott,
I just recently rewatched Stings Into the Light dvd, and watching the dvd made me feel that WWE missed a huge opportunity to put on the dream match of Undertaker vs Sting for Wrestlemania 31.
It would have been perfect at that time because both could still deliver good matches. I will say I would have bought Undertaker beating Sting a lot more than Triple H.
Was this match ever in planning before Stings injury or did WWE just miss the ball?

I believe Sting has said that they spent years trying to throw money at him and do the Undertaker match at Wrestlemania, yes. It was definitely on the minds of a lot of people.
