New wwe network

So a feature on the new WWE network appears to be the inability to cancel. We tried canceling, but on the updated network the link appears to not work. So we called, couldn't get thru, tried the chat, we're #35, waitited 45 min until 1 person in front, the sorry, a rep is unavailable try again later. Been since Thursday, it says, if you cancel your subscription will end, 7/28, then was 8/1, and today changed to 8/4. But then hit cancel and nothing happens. Anyone else have this issue? It's one way, to keep subscriptions up but pretty sleazy

Yeah there's all kinds of issues. I'm really pissed about the new browser interface in particular because, in case you haven't noticed, I love to do screenshots for the shows and now I can't because this is what I get:

Like, come on, how can I make wacky jokes about Bill Watts' tournament whiteboards if there's a stupid play button over top of it?
Anyway, they're also screwing around with my billing, although it works out in my favor because suddenly it switched from the middle of the month to the first of the month (which is better for me anyway) and it lists my next billing date as September 1, so apparently I get August for free? I dunno.
It's a mess. Really, they HAD to upgrade from Flash to HTML5 because the backend they were using was obsolete before the Network even launched in 2014 (no joke), but this was too much stuff in too short of a time.
