AEW debut in DC

As someone who lives within walking distance of the arena in DC, I am thrilled and I can't wait.
But DC hasnt been a super hot market for wrestling in recent years, compared to how WWE seems to mine Toronto, NYC, Philly, Chicago, etc for gold.
So how many tickets do you think they sell for their first show on a Wednesday night in October? All of them? Almost all of them?
And what do you think about their choice of DC? I have to admit that DC never, ever crossed my mind for AEW until they announced it. It's bold.
I think it’s a lock that they’re selling out the first show. It’s what happens afterwards that will determines how things go.
