Bischoff not doing Smackdown creative

So, apparently Meltzer is reporting Bischoff isn't working the creative aspect of Smackdown but doing other stuff. So, we're stuck with the same old crap?

This would lead me to question why we needed a large scale press release saying BISCHOFF WILL BE RUNNING SMACKDOWN.
