In this video clip (at about :33) from the AEW show, when a little kid pats Cody as he's walking by, it looks like MJF tells the kid "Don't ever touch him" afterwards, right? I was sold on MJF as possibly being the best heel in the business in the future, but he's already there.
MJF is tremendous and I don't know how he escaped Vince's gaze, but if he's not locked up into a long-term deal with the Khans they'd better make sure he is by the time they debut on TNT.
