Was Lawrence Taylor's match with Bam Bam Bigelow at W.M. 11 supposed to have lead to more appearances down the line, or was it always supposed to have been a one shot deal?

Had it done a giant buyrate and lots of national coverage I'm sure Vince would have brought him back, but it didn't, so it was just a one-off.
