WWE’s new T.V. deals

Do you happen to know how these new T.V. deals that the WWE signed with USA and Fox will work? I'm sure you have heard the unconfirmed rumor that Fox has told the WWE that they will cancel Smackdown unless it's avg. 3 million viewers a week. Assuming that is true, how would that go? Would Fox have to give them notice, still be on the hook for the deal/majority of the deal, etc?
We don’t know much of anything about the logistics of the deal yet. But what we DO know is that everything is under control with Bischoff in charge.
