What If…? AEW Edition

Hey Scott—
AEW announced that Hangman Page takes on Jericho for the world title because he won the DoN battle royal.
Page was supposed to take on Pac, so my question is, was the original plan for the belt the winners of Jericho/Omega v. Page/Pac? Or was it always Jericho/Omega v. the battle royal winner?
If the latter, who in that motley crew of goofballs gets the win if Page is not involved?
Original plan was Pac v. Omega for the title with Omega going over, which is why Pac was supposed to beat Page at Double or Nothing. The battle royal winner was going to get a title match down the line, but the specific stipulation where the winner got the other half of the main event at All Out wasn't added until after the Pac stuff went down. Presumably it would be someone like Joey Janela or MJF winning originally, just to give Omega someone to beat.
