Time to MITB to rest?

Hey Scott,
Two years in a row now the women's MITB has been cashed in on the same night. Two years in a row the men's MITB was won by guys who don't need the briefcase. Before last night, the last two men's MITB holders lost after cashing in. They've ran out of ideas for ways of cashing in and it appears they have no interest in someone holding the briefcase for an extended period of time anymore. Is it time to put the gimmick to rest for a bit?
It's time to kill it permanently. There's really no more stories left to tell with the gimmick and it's become more of a booking albatross than anything.
