“Wild Card Rule”

Do they really think this "Wild Card Rule" is going to solve shitty ratings? If they are going to do something like that, they may as well just end the separation already.
I'm more amazed that they think the solution is Roman Reigns being back on RAW, despite the fact that was just on the show TWO WEEKS AGO when ratings were already hitting record lows, and his debut on Smackdown drew even lower ratings.
