Benoit on trial

So here's another Benoit "what if" question. Lets pretend that Benoit doesn't kill himself but instead gets arrested for the murder of his wife and child. Can you imagine what a circus the trial would have been?
The business might have ended up in a very different place. Although Benoit was so out of his mind at that point that I don’t know he was even fit to stand trial.
