Split winners in a tag team ladder match

Has that ever happened? Members of different teams each grab a belt at the same time? What would happen if they did?
Hilarity! No, but seriously, I think the rule (if there is one) is that the first member of the team to grab one of the titles is declared the winner. I don't think you actually need to have both titles claimed by both members.
