EC3

Has there been a worse NXT debut than EC3? Unceremoniously trades a pair a fluke roll-up wins to a guy who will be leaving in a few months. I read where HHH once said they will not call-up people from NXT just to call them up; There will be a plan in place when they arrive on the main roster. I'd love to hear his explanation for EC3.
