Coldest WrestleMania build?

Scott, what was the least hyped, coldest build to a WM, or the coldest WM season, you can recall? Like you, I didn't pay attention from 2005 until the Summer of Punk, but this year feels pretty ice cold right now.
Just looking at some of the obvious or potential matches, nothing really stands out as epic or highly anticipated:
Ronda vs. Becky (and possibly Charlotte) could be a hot match if they leave it one on one, but Charlotte isn't nearly as over as these two, and adding her will (I think) cool it down considerably.
Lesnar vs. Rollins doesn't feel big at all and really doesn't stand much of a chance after years of sacrificing everything to getting Roman over as the top face. Rollins is still just a great wrestler with a generic babyface character, and Brock has been uninteresting since he beat Goldberg. I can't see more than midcard-level hype for this at best.
What else is there? Anything with Corbin/Drew/Braun/Angle won't mean anything because there's zero novelty left to seeing Kurt wrestling again, and the rest aren't really over (except Braun, who is nearly cold now).
There's no hot face on Smackdown for DB to have a WM-level feud with, both brands' tag divisions are ice cold, both brands' midcard titles are ice cold – need I go on? Even the notion of the HBK comeback match has already been used.
I know WM isn't this Sunday, but seriously, ouch. It feels more like we're in the post-WM lull.
Yeah, obviously they have a couple of PPVs to mess with things and find a direction, but Rollins won one of the least inspiring Rumbles of all time and no one would buy him as a serious threat to Lesnar anyway. And as noted, I have no idea who they can elevate to challenge Bryan for the Fallen Oak Title because they've already killed off anyone of note. They couldn't even find anything interesting to build up for the Rumble, so I'm not sure what can be pulled out of Vince's ass for Wrestlemania.
