Lacey Evans Consistency

If Lacey Evans is supposed to be a military pinup girl from the 1940s, why didn't she immediately go after Kairi Sane during the Royal Rumble? This kind of character inconsistency could hinder her ability to get over.
I’ve literally been up all night thinking that same thing. I was so upset about it that I couldn’t even do a rant for this morning! Well that and I was sick of wrestling after 7 hours of the Rumble, but it was a major factor.
