Raw/Smackdown Rosters in 2019

With Smackdown set to debt on network T.V. later this year, do you think we'll see the roster stacked in their favor in terms of the "Superstar Shakeup" post W.M., or do you believe Raw will continue to reap those benefits being a 3 hour show?
Smackdown will continue to be the B Show as long as Vince is alive.
