Random 2016 questions

Catching up on some 2016 stuff that I wasn't paying attention to at the time.
1. Cesaro is awesome. Crowd is hot for him. What is still holding him back from getting a world title run? Hasn't The Bar kind of run their course yet? Aside from the full head of hair he should be a main event guy right?
2. Enzo Amore. Crowd is hot for him despite the fact that he is a complete fucking douchebag, I'm talking .9 X-Pac level of douchebaggery. Seriously, his schtick is awful. How did fans get behind this guy?
3. JBL. He went through a stretch where all he seemingly did besides bully Byron Saxton (being a S.T.A.R in other words) was spout off historical stats about the current match participants or title that was being defended. It was kind of refreshing actually that they were acknowledging their history. Was this just something JBL was doing on air or was there an actual purpose to it (i.e shilling the WWE Network)?
1. Something running its course has never stopped them from beating it into the ground for years afterwards before. The think the Cesaro singles push train has long left the station and fallen off the tracks, though.
2. He had a cool catchphrase and unique look. That should have been enough for Dumb and Dumber to jerk the curtain in every house show across America for the rest of their careers and make good money doing so.
3. JBL did whatever Vince told him on air ala Ron Burgandy, so it must have been some kind of directive. Perhaps Vince woke up really caring about his own history one morning?
