Diesel 1995 Follow Up

I like what you just laid out for fixing Diesel's title run in 1995. When they took the title off him at the end of '95 his character got way better. He flipped off Bret Hart and the Undertaker and became less of a kiss ass. That incarnation of Diesel was like an early version of Stone Cold.
His opponents that year also sucked- Who would have had him face all year instead of the opponents they gave him? Fellow baby face Bret Hart, Mabel LOL, Sid and Short haired British Bulldog did him no favors.
It feels like they could have turned Razor heel so they could continue their feud over the world title. Also surprised we never got a squash of Yokozuna the former champion. That seemed like a no brainer to help get him over.
What you think for his 1995 opponents?
Yeah, the opponents were a big problem. Heel Razor would have been so fantastic but Vince just never saw him as a guy at the top of the card. The lack of credible heels is really one of the biggest reasons why Diesel flopped so hard, even setting aside flawed character changes.
