We are shown the Bret Hart interview with Okerlund from Saskatoon the night he won the title, which was first shown on “Superstars.”

Back to the announcers as Heenan mentions on how any given night someone can win, which was the theme of this title change. Heenan also complains about how it happened in Saskatoon of all places.

In action this week are the Natural Disasters, Nailz, Repo Man, and Max Moon

The Beverly Brothers w/ The Genius vs. Jerry Fox & Eric Freedom

We see Bob Holiday, promoter of the arena, as Gorilla notes he was also in Saskatoon as well. Fox & Freedom look like roadies for an Beau grounds Freedom as Heenan puts over Bret’s accomplishments but the night he won the title, Mr. Perfect advised him not to participate because he was sick. The Beverly Brothers now beat down Fox until putting him away with the Shaker Heights Spike (2:35).

Thoughts: More talk about Flair being sick the night he lost the title as the Beverly Brothers are without a feud since the Legion of Doom are finished.

Max Moon vs. Brooklyn Brawler

Heenan claims people told him that Moon could revolutionize the sport. Moon takes Brawler over with a hip toss then sends him outside with a dropkick. Moon flies out with a pescado then a running seated senton from the apron. Moon works the arm as the announcers talk about his attire then he hits the rolling fireman’s carry slam for the win (2:43).

Thoughts: Moon looks good in the ring but still isn’t showing much in the charisma department.

WWF Special Report with Lord Alfred Hayes. Same as the Update segment from “Superstars” where we hear from the participants in the Survivor Series main event.

Repo Man vs. Steve May

Heenan takes over Perfect’s role from Superstars in constantly complaining about Saskatoon. He also says next time Flair gets his hands on Bret he will become the champion again. Repo Man tosses May across the ring then beats him down for a while before using a single leg crab for the win (3:13).

Thoughts: A backdrop for more complaining by Heenan about the title change.

Nailz vs. Tom Stone

Nails rams Stone into the corner a few times as Heenan says society has ruined Nailz. The announcers talk about the Nailz/Bossman feud as Nailz chokes out Stone while Heenan says Nailz might be the toughest man he has ever seen. Nailz slaps Stone around and roughs him up until using a chokehold for the win (2:35). After the match, Nailz knocks Stone outside with his nightstick then grabs the mic to call out Bossman, who Gorilla says is not here this week.

Thoughts: They are prolonging this feud by continuously having Nailz call out Bossman knowing that he is not in the building. All its doing is making Bossman look soft and this feud has had all of its heat zapped.

Ken Johnson & Victor Reeves vs. Natural Disasters

The Disasters beat on Reeves as Gorilla wants to know why Money Inc. is not teaming with the Nasty Boys at the Survivor Series. We then hear from Hart as he talks about having a plan for his teams but refuses to disclose the details then put Johnson away after a pair of splashes (3:20).

Thoughts: At least they clarified the part about Money Inc. and Nasty Boys by saying its weird that they are not teaming together.

Next week in action are Kamala, Shawn Michaels, Tatanka, and Razor Ramon. Plus, an interview with the Ultimate Maniacs.

Final Thoughts: All of the key segments were already shown on Superstars as they got over the title change and pushed the Survivor Series main event.
