Rob van dam and ecw title

Hi Scott,

I am a big rob van dam and ecw mark. I was wondering why rob van dam never held the ecw world heavyweight championship in ecw but only in the wwe version of ecw? Heyman booked rvd to be TV champ for a long time and tag champ with sabu too but why not world champ?

Heyman wanted to book a big chase for Rob and just ran out of time and chances to do it. He probably should have just pulled the trigger and been done with it.
