Plans for WCW under Bill Watts in 1993

If Bill Watts hadn't been booted out of WCW right before Superbrawl III, what were his long term plans for WCW? Was it still going to be Vader-Davey Boy Smith feud? Do you think Ric Flair would have done well under Watts?
Pretty sure Flair would have been fine.
