Best Vignette/Worst Wrestler?

What wrestler had the best debut vignettes, but was the biggest disappointment once they actually stepped in the ring? I don't think anything will ever top Glacier's "Blood Runs Cold" videos in WCW in 1996. A distant 2nd would be Mordecai in the WWE on the Smackdown brand in 2004.
I presume you’re too young to remember Outback Jack, but he is objectively always the correct answer.
