From my personal experience, the choice would either be the discovery of the hatch at the end of Lost's first season, or Ross saying "I take thee Rachel" during his wedding to Emily on Friends. Obviously your mileage may vary. If you want to bring it back to wrestling, the Test-Stephanie wedding cliffhanger was a hell of a twist ending, too.
