20 tag teams. Where?

Wait up. They are planning on having a 10 team survivor series match this year. They have 10 tag teams ready for this match?! Where??
OK, let's see if we can piece this one together from the roster:
Team RAW: AOP, Roode & Gable, The B Team, The Revival, Breezango. If you want to do the champion v. champion gimmick then swap in The Ascension for AOP.
Team Smackdown: The Bar, the New Day, the Usos, Anderson & Gallows, Sanity…and that's all I can piece together. Are Rusev & English still a team? Otherwise I've got nothing here.
