Grim realism

I may be slightly pessimistic, but given the seriousness of his condition and the low survival rates with cancer returning, is it fair to say wrestling fans should assume that Roman reigns is much more likely to die than come back any time soon?
Given that he hasn't disclosed what exactly he has, because it's no one's damn business but his own, we should just presume he's going to fight it best he can.
