Spaghetti Sauce

Hey Scott,
I found and was reading your best of Japan 2001 rant and saw your spaghetti sauce question. My new favorite combo is spicy italian sausage, onion, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach with the tomatoes and seasonings. If you or your family don't like spice you can use mild sausage too.
My readership never ceases to delight and surprise me. I’ve mostly moved on to cream based sauces for my pasta these days, although obviously my daughter loves plain tomato sauce on her spaghetti noodles.
