Tag team tourney?

Your post today about WWE’s terrible tag divisions got me thinking: since there are dozens of guys on the roster with nothing to do, what about a Crockett Cup-style tag team tournament? Use all of the current teams and put together another 25 or so makeshift teams, and fun with it, like say Nakamura/Owens, Lashley/Rusev, hell, even force Miz and Bryan to team. Run the tournament over a month leading up to a PPV final and a kayfabe million dollar payout. You can call it the Vince McMahon Sr. Memorial Cup tag team tournament.
