Bobby Roode=Bust?

With Bobby Roode now being thrown in a tag-team with Chad Gable on Raw, would you say Roode is the biggest disappointment to come from NXT relative to the expectations?
He’s pretty much living up to what I expected. I was hoping they’d keep him on NXT to be a gatekeeper and trainer like Ohno.
