Killing Independent Wrestling Popularity

Although I really doubt any of these guys are signing with WWE following All In's success but say Cody, Marty, The Bucks, and Omega signed with WWE. Does this officially start the decline of the popularity of independent wrestling?
No, because the beauty of independent wrestling is that it's independent. Ultimately all those guys can and will be replaced by newer and flippier guys. It's just how the system works.
