Hall in 2002

Watching Raw from 2002 and just remembered how awful the NWO deal was. Wouldn't it been better had they just brought Hall back as Razor Ramon?
Many things would have been better about that whole situation. But if you're using the nWo gimmick, then he's gotta be Scott Hall and not Razor.
