What actually happens once Vince passes?

Hey Scott,

I was reading you Kyle O'Reily question and when I read the part about the Undisputed Era being too small for Vince and a question popped into my head. What actually happens when Vinny Mac dies? Does HHH get full control of the wrestling part? Do the smaller guys get a chance? Do they have to sell the whole company off?

The assumption is that yes, HHH gets full control and a bunch of Vince's guys (Kevin Dunn primarily) get pink-slipped. However, the financial end of the company is primarily run by Michelle Wilson and George Barrios and that crew, so consensus is that not much would be affected from that end.
