Producers Question

Apologies in advance as this question has nothing to do with Roman, Lex, Steph or any of the usual stuff.

The recent email you answered about WWE producers being lame made me wonder is it because no one wants that job? It seems to me that between the writers and the executive producers mandates they are not given much room to be innovative.

The way Raw and Smackdown segments go, I assume they are told they get 8 minutes to accomplish a certain storyline and oh by the way, you have a 3 minute commercial break in the middle of your segment. No wonder it looks lazy and boring, they are handicapped by everyone above them.

Is my thinking off or is it really that mind numbing of a job?
