Isn't it crazy what actual character development does for these guys? 3 weeks ago people were talking about how bad and stale Orton has been, he comes back, turns on Jeff, tries to rip his ear out and cuts the best promo hes done in about 7 years most likely cause the stuff he said, he actually believes and now the guy is beginning to be praised again online, by Meltzer, by Bubba Ray ect. "Old Man Bitter Orton" is something I can get behind.
I’ve never had an issue with Orton as a character, it’s just that he’s so unmotivated in the ring 90% of the time. Hopefully this lights a fire under his ass.
