Vader/Hogan

During the Vader/Hogan feud of 1995, was there ever a time that Hogan was approached to drop the belt to Vader but didn’t want to? I always felt Superbrawl V would have been a perfect time to do it with Hulk winning
it back at Bash at the Beach in the Cage match. But the whole feud went on with neither guy pinning the other. Was that because neither guy wanted to lose?
Also if Vader hadn’t been fired prior to Fall Brawl, does Luger still come in? How much did plans change for the rest of 1995 when Vader left?
Yes, neither Hogan nor Vader wanted to do a job, and there was heat on both of them for how things went down. People thought it was selfish of Hogan to no-sell the powerbomb, but also felt like if Vader was going to demand that Hulk do a job to him at some point, he should have showed good faith by agreeing to lose the cage match via pinfall, which was the original plan.
Luger was coming in regardless of Vader’s status, because it was done to screw with Vince.
