Terry Taylor

How was it that Terry Taylor was always jumping back in forth between WCW & WWF? After he left Crockett, he went to Vince and became the Red Rooster, when that didn't work he went back to WCW. Then he had a brief run
back in the WWF in '92-93 before going back to WCW. Then in the Attitude Era, he was back in the WWF then left for WCW with Vince Russo. Now he works backstage in NXT.
Is he that valuable? Do you think his in-ring career should have turned out better, or was he just average like the WWF portrayed him as?
He was above average, I'd say, but a very valuable utility guy in the midcard who would work either babyface or heel convincingly. He could have been more, but a really bad car accident in the 80s completely derailed him and he was never able to be a top guy.
