Fox buys WWE, Vince does what?

A lot of people are talking about the possibility of WWE selling, with most looking towards Fox as a buyer. The discussion usually centers around "what happens to Raw/Smackdown/NXT," but my question is: What happens to Vince?
If Fox buys WWE, does Vince take his money and retire? Or does he stay on as CEO of the company, just under new ownership?
It seems like an odd situation. From everything you hear, Vince is a workaholic who will never slow down or retire. At the same time, he's such a control freak that I wonder if he would take direction from somebody above him. Does he just focus all of his energy on the XFL an dleave the wrestling world behind?
I think in his mind that's what he wants to do, but I just don't see it ever happening. Not to mention the logistics of the WWE stock are such that it's incredibly difficult for anyone but a McMahon to have controlling interest.
