Lesnar is going over Reigns at mania. They decided even before the roid stuff (as if Vince would really punish for that) that things aren't working. You read it here first.

I strenuously disagree. Brock is clearly wanting to return to UFC when his contract expires, which is at Wrestlemania. If your theory is correct, which I also disagree with because there's literally no one else they can put on top who gets the reactions Reigns gets and can carry the house show business, then at the very least Reigns will win it and then drop it to someone else right away. Maybe to his wacky little buddy Seth Rollins, who is apparently the biggest babyface in wrestling according to that e-mail?
