In what order were these the biggest flop, Lex Luger in the WWF, Vader in the WWF or Davey Boy Smith in WCW?
Luger in the WWF is always the answer. Smith had a pretty hard ceiling on his use to either promotion, mostly based on how well he was used in Europe. WCW got about what they could have out of him. Vader was somewhere in between.
