Why can’t announcers please speak like humans

The unnatural way WWE makes people talk drives me mad. Now my son is saying things like "championship opportunity ". But the new thing that drives me crazy is AJ Styles, "the greatest in ring performer". Can someone ask a current "in ring performer", what WWE stands for? My money says many Divas would not know.
Luckily its still Wrestlemania, not in ring performance mania and they haven't scrubbed the word wrestling off the network, yet.
As Arn Anderson once noted, it still says marquee on the wrestling.
