Dusty v OSHA

Scott–
For what conceivable godly reason was the War Games cage roof so low? I realize aerial spots weren't exactly a mid-80s NWA staple and that the match itself was designed with more of a slow-burn-prison-riot as opposed to scientific wrestling mentality, but
in hindsight it's a miracle no one was killed by something as routine as a back body drop. Would it really have broken the bank to jack the roof up an extra two feet or so?
It probably had to do with just working with the pieces of cage they normally used and adding a roof. I mean, that was crazy enough at the time as it is! Hell in a Cell is really what innovated the idea of the super-high cage with a roof on it.
