Daniel Bryan/Shawn Michaels Feud In 2013

Was a Daniel Bryan/Shawn Michaels feud in the works in 2013 after Michaels turned on Bryan as special guest ref for his "Hell In The Hell" match for the Championship with Randy Orton, then Bryan putting him in the crossface the next night on Raw? It certainly seemed like they were headed in that direction with the whole "teacher vs student" story-line, then it sort of just faded away. Any clue? Thanks for your time.

​It did certainly seem like it, but it was not. Shawn repeatedly told them he had no interest in wrestling again. Just another reason why that Daniel Bryan thing was so maddening as a fan.​
