Rip Rogers criticism hypocrisy

Why does the WWE machine continually bash indie wrestling when their entire product is based on milking the independent scene. Styles, Rollins, Joe, Ambrose back to Bryan and Punk, NXT guys like Strong, Gargano, Ciampa. ROH, PWG, WCPW, and of course NJ have been the sources for many of WWE’s top stars. So why is a tool like Rip Rogers bashing it and mocking Osprey for being young and immature. Didn’t you say top Indy guys get good money, merch sales, etc and most don’t need the WWE Machine to make a living.
