Wouldnt it be logical to say companies should start using a "no dating each other" rule? It seems like everytime Wrestler A is ready to leave whether because of outside commitments or unhappiness, the girlfriend eventually follows so its kind of like the girlfriend must feel obligated to go to, just look at Paige/Del Rio and Aj/Punk, Paige had no issues with the company till she started dating Del Rio and was actually one of the most pushed women, now her carreer maybe over and it looks like she doesnt give a shit cause shes to love stricken. Del Rio is constantly shitting on the company with Paige RIGHT THERE, that cant be good for her.

​Yeah, but if you restrict the dating activities of people who you paying for their work, then you’ve got employees. I imagine that in order to maintain the facade of independent contractor status, they can’t really legally do what you’re describing. Also, it’s incredibly hard to stop a group of people who are required to be good-looking for their job from boning each other night after night on the road, so I can see why it’d be futile to even try.​
