So, who is AJ talking about?

I just finished AJ Lee’s book and found it interesting that she didn’t "name names" any time she told a negative story about somebody. As I’m not an Observer subscriber, I am only aware of "big" news stories. I was wondering if you knew (or perhaps your readers know) who the following people are:

The main roster Superstar who told AJ she’s so small and that everybody needs to look the part, when she went to her tryout
The person in talent relations who told her that she hasn’t been promoted to the main roster because people don’t want to have sex with her (Johnny Ace?)
The main roster Superstar who told her she looked pretty and then laughed about her to the rest of the locker room
The wrestler who aggressive hit on her while dating another Diva, who now hates her forever (doesn’t appear to be Cena or Ziggler, who she speaks of quite positively later in that chapter. Obviously wasn’t Punk)

Any ideas?
