Smackdown shafted

According to Meltzer, SD’s WrestleMania contributions will be Orton/Wyatt for the title, AJ/Shane (AYFKM), and Cena vs. Midcarder, (Ziggler/Corbin). So the brand split resulted in Raw getting Cruiserweights, Samoa Joe, Undertaker, and every big legend/older star… I’m genuinely baffled by the way SD got shafted here. Is this some type of FU from Steph to Shane or just the old fashioned Raw first booking?

Not surprising, since RAW is indeed always first. I had also heard about Ambrose and Renee v Miz and Maryse, but I guess they’ll just opt to have them miss the show completely or work the wacky 18 person ladder match opener instead.

The Cena v Midcarder thing really baffles me, because I was really looking forward to seeing what he would pull out for the show, and the answer is apparently "nothing". I don’t get why he needs the title for two weeks, as well. Or why Goldberg needs it, for that matter, or why Brock needs it! It’s only been around for a few months and they’re gonna put it in the deep freeze for months already?

I don’t get this year’s show at all.
