Follow-up: Then why the hell is nobody suing Turner/Time Warner instead of suing Vince? I would think they would have a much better chance of getting some sort of settlement shut-up money from Turner than from Vince, who would prefer to die fighting rather than admit ever doing anything wrong.

One would have to assume that it’s related to the statute of limitations on this stuff, and the generally labyrinthen legal nature of the WCW ownership question. Because God knows EVERYONE has sued WCW at some point, so it’s certainly not that they weren’t easy to settle with back in the day.
