Seems appropriate to write this now, given the one-off revival of World of Sport happening in the UK tomorrow.

In your opinion:

1. How well do you think it will go over with UK fans of wrestling? Alex Shane and JR are involved so it has credibility. What about casual fans?

2. Of all the world of sport guys from the 70’s and 80’s, was there anyone the then WWF didn’t sign that they should have?

3. Was there ever serious consideration to signing Pat Roach? He was European heavyweight champion and had crossover appeal from acting in Clockwork Orange, Indiana Jones and Never say never again.

4. Has anyone ever come close from England to being the World heavyweight champion in WWF/E. I know Magnus was TNA world champ and Nigel was ROH World champ, but in a major fed like WWE or WCW in its day, could there have been an English champion, and what stopped them?
