World title changes

Hey there Scott, thought this would be a good question for you as well as a discussion for the blog.

What are some strong instances, past and present, where the World title (WWF/E, WCW, etc) should’ve changed hands but didn’t?

​- Booker T should have won the belt from HHH at WM19, even if just for a short reign. RVD should have won it from HHH at whatever show that was later in the year. Goldberg should have won it at Summerslam instead of whatever show he won it at.

– Luger should have won the title from Flair at Bash 88. Yeah, business was boosted for a while, but Lex would have been a much bigger long-term draw instead of the choker he got labeled as. And obviously Summerslam 93 should have been a title change as well. Obvious is not always a bad thing.
